Sponsorships are an effective way to enhance your presence at the Sweets & Snacks Expo™ and present an excellent opportunity to reach the thousands of customers expected to attend. You may select from a comprehensive, multi-tired package of sponsorship opportunities, or you may select a specific item to meet your marketing needs.

To begin this process, review the options listed within this Sponsorship Brochure, select those that fit best with your audience and visibility plans, and return the Sponsorship Reservation Form. Important to note: 2009 sponsors have the first right of renewal on the same sponsorship opportunity for 2010.

BENEFITS FOR ALL SPONSORS

As a sponsor at any level, your company will receive the following recognition:

• in the EXPO Show Guide's sponsor directory
• as part of the event description in the program
• on a large "thank you" sign, displayed prominently in a central area
• at the entrance to the sponsored event
• special badge holder (indicates sponsorship level) for your name badge
• opportunity to have your products distributed in your sponsored area

ADDITIONAL SPONSOR BENEFITS

Sponsors who are also Expo exhibitors receive points from sponsorship. These points are added to your exhibit priority point total. This total will be applied when assigning exhibit space at the 2011 Sweets & Snacks Expo™:

• Platinum Level Sponsors receive eleven points
• Gold Level Sponsors receive six points
• Silver Level Sponsors receive three points
• Bronze Level Sponsors receive two points
• Booster Level Sponsors receive one point

BUS SHUTTLES
The McCormick Place shuttle runs daily to and from host hotels and to O'Hare and Midway Airports on Thursday, May 27. Sponsor logo is posted on bus banners and product samples are placed in bins in the arrival/departure area of the West Building. The sponsor is responsible for the cost of the banners.

ESCALATOR ADVERTISEMENT

Take a few moments to relax, recharge. Cell phone recharge stations will be in place along with computer kiosks to check email and surf the internet. The Internet Café is located inside the exhibit hall. Coffee, tea and sodas will be available for purchase by attendees.
